Lifestyle Habits: I also guide my clients in establishing healthier lifestyle habits. This includes nutrition, exercise, movement, sleep, stress management and self-care practices. The goal is to create sustainable habits that contribute to overall well-being.

I support clients in exploring their values, passions and life purpose, if they feel drawn to one, or in aligning their vision and actions with what truly matters to them. Self-Empowerment: I provide various tools and techniques, and educate and support my clients which essentially empowers them to take charge of their own wellness journey. My clients learn to make informed decisions, set meaningful goals and create lasting lifestyle changes.
