For over 25 years, I lived in a world ruled by logic, precision and constant motion. In this world, ticking boxes, meeting deadlines and anticipating the next crisis defined my success. Working in the legal profession taught me how to think clearly, stay composed under pressure, and give everything of myself to others. However, somewhere in the middle of all that structure, I stopped hearing my own voice.
I stopped hearing my own voice, until I decided to stop listening to my inner critic. I call it “the Gremlin.” Once I challenged my Gremlin and took action, everything began to shift. I reclaimed my voice and my power. I dusted off my coaching certification and made the quantum leap, pivoting into coaching. Many times, I asked myself, "what am I doing". After 25 years in a solid career, I am just going to walk away. However, it wasn't a pivot. It was a return. A return to purpose. To clarity. To passion. It was a journey back into alignment with my authentic self, choosing to live to work, rather than work to live.
This message is for others who feel that shift stirring inside but fear stands in the way.
🧠 Leaving Behind "What I Was Good At"
There was a moment when I realized that being excellent at something didn’t mean it was where I was meant to stay. Despite decades of experience, I craved a different kind of impact, the kind that comes from empowering, not just executing. Supporting, not just surviving.
Leadership and mindset coaching became the path that allowed me to rediscover my own inner compass. Now, it’s how I support other high performing, purpose-driven professionals reclaim theirs. This journey is not just about finding a new career; it’s about finding yourself again.
The Importance of Self-Discovery
Self-discovery is a crucial step in any transition. It involves understanding your values, passions and strengths. Many find themselves lost in the roles they play, mother, father, employee, friend, forgetting who they are at their core. This process can be daunting, but it's essential for growth.
Embracing Change
Change is often met with resistance. However, embracing change, rather than resisting it, can lead to incredible opportunities. It’s about shifting your mindset from fear to curiosity. What if this change is the best thing that ever happened to you? What if it leads you to a life filled with passion and purpose?
💬 Who I Serve Today
I work with purpose-driven professionals to support career and leadership growth, navigate change, and recover from burnout.
However, my work goes deeper. I guide those like I once was who have spent years showing up for everyone else, families, careers, communities, but not themselves. I help them reconnect with their inner voice, reclaim their energy and realign with who they truly are, so they can lead with clarity, live with intention and thrive from the inside out.
My coaching centers around clarity, mindset shifts, and self-leadership. Together, we quiet the noise and reconnect to what truly matters. This journey is about empowerment and finding your voice again.
Tools for Transformation
In my coaching sessions, I provide tools and strategies that facilitate transformation. These include reframing, mindfulness practices, goal-setting techniques, and self-reflection exercises. Each tool is designed to help you gain clarity and confidence as you navigate your transition.
