In my coaching practice, I emphasize the use of various integrative and effective modalities.
Among these are two powerful and evidence-based techniques including, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, aka Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to foster mental fitness. These techniques are not just for therapy; they are also valuable life skills. By fostering and nurturing mental fitness, you will adopt a new mindset; transforming your mental well-being, supporting you in navigating challenges with ease, building resilience, achieving emotional stability, and essentially improving your life.

​Cognitive Behavioral Coaching (CBT): CBT is a powerful, therapeutic and evidence-based technique that helps individuals identify, challenge and modify negative thought patterns and behaviors. By addressing these patterns, CBT promotes healthier thinking and behavior, leading to improved mental well-being, emotional regulation and effective coping strategies, thereby positively impacting your life.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): ACT is also a power, therapeutic and evidence-based technique that encourages individuals to accept their thoughts and feelings rather than fighting or avoiding them.
